Hey guys ! I'm new to speedruning and i have an issue with Dolphin i just wanna know if any of you have experienced the same
It occurs during the Bog of Murk caused by the infinite powerup glitch
On dolphin 5.0-1490
If someone have a solution or an advice it would be cool cuz its pretty hard to speedrun with 1/3 chance of crash here
Try some different graphic settings, basically just mess around with the "backend" and the "adapter" and find what works for you :p (at least that's what I did), if that doesn't work I tbh don't know
try something else than opengl, keep in mind that there is no guarantee that the emu will work perfectly, my emu cant do the infinite powerup glitch (in bog of murk 1) without it lagging but i hope everything will work correctly for you
mine lag too but i just want it to not crash xD
and it work with direct3d12 (alternative to opengl) but the problem now is the record xD
does it only work with direct3d12? cause if thats the case i have no idea what to do lol, also dont use game capture with obs use window capture that might also just be the problem :p
The game dosnt even start with vulkan and software renderer xD that's sad i liked OBS and looks like OBS cant record direct3D11
I found another way to solve that shit
the real problem was that my computer was struggling mainly because of the input watcher in firefox now i use xinput viewer who is ugly but dosnt kill my CPU ^^

and i just hit a pb on Bog of murk ^^
now that we are talking about BoM. maybe different subject but movement is easier when you have the si/no menu open :P
The PC leaderboards now have an extra column for load removed times.
We've seen difference in load times of up to 30 seconds between runners over the course of a full run, so this change will make the leaderboards more fair.
Everyone is strongly urged to use the load removed timer for future PC r
