Instant Restart
I used to have access to an auto restart that would allow you to bind a key to instantly restart the run. However, my game updated which got rid of it, and I cannot find it anywhere. I also see recent runs still using it. How can I get it?

Instant restart was implemented in the game in the last update, just press Ctrl + R
