TLDR:
When chapters 3 and 4 come out, rename the current all chapters catagories to "demo%" or the like. Since chapters 1 and 2 are considered a free demo of the full game, I think it makes sense.
The CH1+2 All Chapters categories will definitely remain on the leaderboard in some capacity.
Depending on community and mod opinions, and how different the chapters are in the paid release versus the demo version (due to intentional or unintentional changes), the CH1+2 All Chapters category will likely either:

Be moved to Misc (on main board)

Be moved to the Category Extensions leaderboard

A new leaderboard will be created to seperate the demo and paid release, hence no change
This is something we will work out after Chapters 3 and 4 come out, and after Chapters 1 and 2 have been looked into enough to determine the differences.
