What is "Version 1.0/1.3" in ILs?

Shindou version is p good for some single stars

What Gothic says is true but to actually answer the question, 1.0 is the regular version and 1.3 is Shindou.

on the normal LB. shindou is slow for RTA though. it has slower loading times but less lag, so only suitable for single star. @defqon_Jan
