This may sound dumb, but would it still be banned if the out of bounds glitch was used to solely complete the washroom, then mirror back to the beginning in the mouse hole room? I'm guessing so I just wanted to be sure before I tried, because honestly it would help with being over pressured with the Butler. But in the rules it literally says out of bounds is banned lol

By all means feel free to do runs that way, I'm just letting you know that they won't be accepted to the category lol. I'm not sure how it's "kinda lame" to have Out of Bounds banned in Any% Out of Bounds lmao. If you want, you are allowed to submit a run completed that way to Any%, though
nah i just was simply saying it's lame just because the shear fact that it wouldn't even improve time that much lol i mean duh i completely understood that, no out of bounds clearly means no out of bounds. i was just checking to be sure it wasn't just a, its only banned if you do out of bounds to just complete the game. i was just simply getting it cleared up before i made an awful mistake.
If someone submits a good time with no video, it's not valid in the first place lol. We're not going to approve some random kid's claim to wr with no evidence he even knows how to play the game
Yeah. It'd be a bit odd to allow OoB for a time save later in the run but not earlier. Maybe the category could change if a different clip was found rather than only the chest one. That being said, using that same clip to have a time save, you might as well run any% at that point ;)
