Get to Deku Tree ( time ends when the cutscene starts and time starts when the 1st frame of the 1st cutscene in the game starts. and Get to deku tree and go inside% is almost the same but the time ends on the 1st frame of you losing control of link when you go inside.

Shouldn’t timing start on the first frame of controlling Link like in other runs?

We don't typically add new categories at the request of only one person, and a run like this would likely go on the extensions leaderboard rather than the main leaderboard. If you'd like to discuss the possibility of adding a category to the extensions leaderboard, I'd suggest joining the OoT speedrunning discord and making a post about your category in one of the extensions channels to garner interest from other players. If there is substantial interest, we can begin the submission process to have it added to the board, which entails an evaluation by mods before adding it as a "pending" category on the leaderboard, and requiring a minimum number of submitted runs (usually between 1 and 10 depending on how meaningful the category is) from different players across a month-long period to make it permanent.
