Giving all 10 boxes to Ryder in catalyst asap is around 4 seconds faster than missing a few, getting the first box throw fast is pretty difficult however. Hold LMB before the crate throwing section even starts. If you do it fast enough, you get ghosttown (no traffic at all for the rest of the mission) which is weird.
After trying many different ways of doing MDR, for the last 2 guys i am sticking to touching the 1st guy(just a tap, not spraying him) so he shoots you once/twice, making the last guy not spot you for some reason........? Just off my experience
Black project optimizations because we are supposed to be grabbing the jetpack when there's still 40s left on quarry timer but i myself am grabbing it at like 15s
Don't be an idiot like me and answer the catalina call on the way to black project because you DO NOT need it,answer the 15s call atleast 57s before you reach the bp marker so you don't get the catalina call Flying deleted his post about stamina, in order to keep all the way through when going to the maverick, answer a call in the middle of the road/when you're past it (jump+answer)
This strat here is also very fast & makes pause buffer strats even less worth (i'd say they're 10s slower than them, probably even less) I only did 1 take so this isn't optimal but basically kill all the people you can see and then just run past the rest. Ignore the last 30s i don't know why i kept recording

yea, i think doing the slide outside with the first two is not worth, i only think doing it with the 3rd crate is worth because it's easier from what i tested
I mash F when I am at the van and while CJ is entering the building. I don't know which presses matter but I did not have problems since, IIRC.
I feel that sliding should be faster for all crates outside if your movement is optimal, that includes that you slide as soon as possible.
1 before MD, 1 on the way to cropduster to regain stamina 1 after BP/before high noon and 1 after High noon
Don't answer the call you get just before the BP marker, because that is the catalina call which is not needed. Answer the one on the way to cropduster in a way that lets you get to the BP marker before the catalina call comes up which is a low priority one.
After smb you don't need to answer anymore calls.
Black Project: You should start sliding immediately after using the key card. Just slide against the door until you fit through it.
For 100%: after the 'fare completed' sound in Taxi Driver has triggered, it is possible to cancel Taxi Driver with the secondary sub-mission key, just like Vigilante. It allows you to drive off without having to wait for the fare to get out and close the door.
This could be faster if the destination is in an area where no peds spawn (Easter Basin, Mall to name some), if you're planning on delivering an export vehicle/doing side stuff, and at the end of Taxi Driver.
I just realised that space also uncrouches CJ, so press space + C when you do the shotgun stuff, slightly faster that way

Why does it have to be a secondary key and I don't know what you refer to by "like Vigilante".
Quickly cancelling and restarting Taxi Driver has crashed my game sometimes, I need to replicate it and get a log of that.

In Are you going to san fierro, while the heli is blowing up you can make the mothership do a 180 by pushing it to make it face the right way and you can blow up the fences with the rocket aswell. Doesn't lose time since you can't get in the mothership while the heli is falling. (FLYING strat)
I'm not sure if this has been posted, but I have seen several people do this slowly. Before getting into the plane at the LS airport during the 0 star glitch, it will probably save at least a couple seconds to turn the plane by pushing it (very easy to do on foot). Maneuvering while in the plane on the ground is so slow and clumsy.
If you get satchels during Outrider, you can waste them. :D
You can skip calls faster with the detonator than by shooting / pressing F. So you drop a satchel during Outrider and trigger it during Ice Cold Killa, for example. The detonator never disappears, afaik - it definitely does not disappear when satchels are despawned.

PrettyGood strat! :) However, it is not tied to the no-timeloss pistol since you get less time until the Body Harvest call to despawn traffic hoping for a bike.
Some people might be able to "pause buffer skip" some dialog, though, obsoleting trying to get a pistol.
Some of the officers in Small Town Bank are optional to kill (Catalina ignores them)
