Could we add Capitulate USA as a category? Spiffing Brit just posted an interesting strat that lets you cap them within a year or so IGT easily

it wouldnt, any% is the main category and it will be for a long time. and any% allows for the Order66 glitch. the run would be capitulate allies with a bit more setup. in fact you can annex the whole faction that way back then and get a ton of factories. i think i even have a video of it lying around somewhere but i cant find it. @cevrosa
