I used to casually speed run Portal 2 with friends and for a small Twitch audience of three or four viewers a lot and I decided I want to try going for mega fast times (since all of mine w/o the tricks speedrunners use were around two hours). Any tricks that every speedrunner should know that'd help me? Thanks in advance!

If you haven't already, take a look at Znernicus's tutorial series on youtube. It goes through routes chapter by chapter. There are a few chambers that have new routes, but for just starting out it's super helpful.

Also, not sure how much you've gotten into speedrunning Portal 2 yet, but bunnyhopping is pretty much necessary for movement. The best way to get better at it is to just bite the bullet and practice. Invictus has a good tutorial on how it works.

Those are the most important things I can think of right now.
