What are demos and how do you get demos?
I am fairly new to Portal 2 speedrunning and I have a run for The Surprise and it would be in 24th place. It says you need demos for a run in the top 25 and I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE.

SAR 1.14.1
Hello, SAR Version 1.14.1 just dropped, adding a cheat command to allow experimenting with floor reportals, as well as a few fixes. You must update your game within 1 week, as after then any runs on versions of SAR that are older than 1.14.1 will be rejected.
