In anticipation of the rules being updated, I will continue to time my runs from the First Frame of Level One. Time starts at 50.56026 seconds, when the TV finished drawing the First Frame of Level One. Time stops at 465.12751 seconds, when the TV finished drawing the First Frame of Select Menu at the end of Level 20, after the End of Level Music starts.
Using this older timing standard from First Frame, the total is 414.5672499 seconds (6:54.5672499.)
