Mandatory trainer data

This paste is an extract from the whole trainer data dump including only trainers that are mandatory to beat the game. Additionally, I have converted all AVs to EVs in order to simplify damage calcs with damage calculators from past games.

Turbo Controller Rule Changes
Turbo is now allowed for all categories in the Let's Go and Sword/Shield category extensions leaderboards!
