Do we really need to start bringing in all of these external programs and more. I think this is taken way out of proportion. It seems as though we should just have 60 as the general run as it includes the most amount of people in order to be the furthest reaching.
Due to the nature of this game it seems the only things that we should really care about are New Game Standard and Hardcore. Then subdivide those into Completion % and S+ and measure them at 60 and that is all. The OOB are too pervasive and make the run a meme as a side note.
It seems like we need someone who has a lot of experience in creating these leaderboards who isn't invested in the game directly. Of course those who have good high end PCs are going to argue in favor of 120 fps and those on 60fps PCs or consoles are gonna argue in their favour. Why not appeal to the lowest common denominator and do it right by everyone.

As mentioned before "FINAL RULES ARE YET TO ESTABLISHED", it's new game, crazy shit is found everyday. Give it some time, 2 weeks and we will have final rules. PERIOD.
