There is one special phonenumber that you can call and that is 911 ¤duh¤. What it does is make a broken car start again. It also spawns cops near you.
This is useful on Entourage. After the shootout you are left with 2 cars that won't turn on. Calling 911 to make the cars run again would save up to a minute depending on the car spawn rng.
I've never once had the car I choose not work for me after killing the enemies during Entourage. Is it always the case for you that neither of the cars work without a call to jump-start them?
