Low Frame Rate Question
I am new to ff14 speedrunning and i got somewhat interested in doing it. Unfortunately my pc is very slow and I can only play/record at low frame rates (at most 15). Are there rules against runs that are low fps? Sorry if I shouldn't be asking here, but thanks in advance.
