Saw on another video that putting a core in a power armour/getting out of the power armour puts you at the back of the power armour, letting you clip into the wall.
The problem is, you can't get out of the power armour if your back is facing the wall, but if you face away from the wall, get out and almost immediately face 180 degrees from the wall, it'll eject you into the wall, allowing you to clip through. If done properly, you can clip the power armour into the wall as well (this is pretty hard), which allows you to get it through the wall as well.
I haven't tested sequence breaking too much, but you can skip the puzzle for the railroad, its a lot faster this way.
Video quality is pretty bad and I apologize for that.
Nice. Still, to compensate for the slower movement and the time spend getting an armor i think we would need to find a few breaks / skips with this method before integrating it. However, its really awesome that this is even possible :D Pretty sure someone will figure out something crazy with it :D
Can we do the item elevator glitch with a power armour? If yes, the hunter / hunted potential skip is something to test ...
I don't know if this is done already with the item clip, but when you first enter the institute you can clip into the wall to avoid the elevator ride, I'll test it in a bit as I'm busy right now.
The advantage this has over normal item skipping is that if done right you can totally avoid fall damage. I've tested it before and you can clip outside at get into the main institute area but I don't really know how much it would break.
If you clip OoB in the institute it brings you right to Father, skipping the entire synth shaun conversation and the massive elevator ride.
