Mother 1+2 version
The only version of Earthbound that I have as of right now is a partially translated version of Mother 1+2. Is this allowed for speedruns?

No, Mother 1+2 is a different game mechanically and is not accepted on this leaderboard. We do allow emulator though. Any of the generally accepted emulators are allowed.
