There were a couple mistakes in Expert/Beginner that weren't great, but those can be smoothed out. I really had a bad time during the start of advanced from bad turns while trying to avoid CPU cars on the first lap. Honestly, CPUs were the thing that annoyed me the most during this run. Fixing up the advanced start could save me a good handful of seconds on my next run.
Track Times this run:
Expert (Seaside Street Galaxy) - 8'11"12
Advanced (Dinosaur Canyon) - 7'26"76
Beginner (Three Seven Speedway) - 5'48"90
This run was played using the PS3 port played using the RPCS3 Emulator, as it provided ease of recording and allowed me to use a wheel. No enhancements were used. My racing wheel is a G920 that emulates a G27 inside RPCS3.

Post-sleep edit: It's now a basic PAL vs. NTSC split for Saturn, m
