Hey you all (even if not many),

I've talked to 2 moderators/verifiers about this and I think one rule should be implemented in Saturn's version of the game (not the game mode).

I came across some records here and at some other places and noticed that there were some "unbeatable" records. Uppon a closer look, I noticed that there were all played in the PAL version of the game. So I decided to play it myself and found out that the game almost feel like another game, lower frame rate, black borders, unresponsive handling AND WAY BETTER LAP TIMES... like, I beat my own beginner course record by over 4 seconds, without breaking a sweat.

So... I think we should add a rule, or whatever other solution, to not accept PAL versions that are not played in 50hz consoles/emulators, or not accept PAL versions at all... or create a separated tab for PAL versions, since NTSC US/JP just can't compete with it.

What do you guys think? BTW, the majority of the records submited are in NTSC versions.

Edit: PAL and PAL60 have the same IGT, different from NTSC US and JP.

@Varuuna You should make an announcement on the news tab about this. Also, I can not send you private messages for some reason, and that makes my job more difficult here as a mod, so please check if you did block me by mistake (when I removed myself as a mod a few months ago for personal reasons) and undo that, please. We need to communicate.

@RenatoMachado Good finding. Thanks for the link. Varuuna took action and created separate categories for PAL60/NTSC and PAL version for Saturn.

@Varuuna Oh, so you can not DM me aswell? That's weird. I didn't blocked you, I only block spammers and bots. It must be a bug because it happens with other mods aswell. I will try to open a ticket on the support so they can verify this for me. I've double checked my account settings and there is nothing wrong with it apparently. It's late at night here too, so I will take a look at this tomorrow probably.

Long story short, PAL50/60 should be split from NTSC US/JP
