Today I did a run of Daytona USA all-races with Amateseru in 2-player mode, but the leaderboards for this category doesn't have the option for co-op runs. Could this be added for the people who do runs on the arcade in co-op ?

Yep that's what I'm talking about. I'm thinking of a way to put both runners on the leaderboard when a co-op run has been made (like I did).
Also, sorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification that you replied :(
Hello! A small update.
The Saturn leaderboards has been split between PAL and NTSC-U/NTSC-J/PAL60.
This was made a bit in haste (and with loopy me past midnight) so let me know if I missed something or should alter this split.
