Sub 3:22 should be possible with good RNG and perfect gameplay. But as there is some RNG in this category which I got this run (on door 1), and controlling mudokons is really annoying, I am happy with this run.
Door 1: It is RNG if the slig at the top will keep bumping into the wall when you possess him (he will also be facing the wall) or run to the direction of the mudokons thus closer to where you want him to be and facing the correct way, saving a lot of time.
Door 2: I missed an auto-turn (when using the hoisting down storage glitch on the screen with the grenades) which costed me some time. You can see how it is done on my max cas run here:
