I once knew how, but that is a long time ago...

So pls help: how do i change the FPS to 75?

It seems that the only way for me to cap the framerate of my game to 75 is to go into the Nvidia control panel:

1. go into "Program Settings" and click on "Add" and then "Browse"

2. locate the game executable and add it

3. set "Max Framerate" to whatever u need
