no, it wouldn't, because optifine has zoom and some other stuff like that. it's not hard to play vanilla.
optifine shouldn't even be allowed for pre 1.16 but people will start crying if they can't get their precious frames.

no need to use all these other special clients and launchers. it's not hard to use vanilla or sodium.

- if you don't want to use it for any purpose, then why use it at all? just use vanilla
if all it does is make it easy to use multiple minecraft clients, then why do you want to use it? use the base launcher, vanilla or sodium. not hard.
why do people constantly post this thread? like obviously if optifine isn't allowed why would something including optifine be allowed?
it would make sense to plan a route so that after an hour has passed you can kill a phantom. this category would definitely take like 2 hours to complete a run at least.

yes, but i meant set seeds that are specifically picked for ssg. i think that was pretty obvious
there are no set seeds that can randomly generate known, i believe.

suggested this a while back but nothing ever came of it. still would like to see this category happen. it could also be cool if we did "all hostile mobs" since then you dont gotta find a mooshroom and stuff.
why don't we do what portal does? lets just have a time with pauses and a time without pauses for the same run?
shouldn't we just do IGT? why should paused time matter?
