Wasnt that basically a mavpole tho, let's be honest
@eddiecatgaming I can retime on a game that I am a verifier of, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.
Well the main point was if they're purpose was to only verify runs then I don't see why not to give verifier to those people, and even so, this could also make people who want to be mod can become a verifier instead (of course if the super mods find it right to do so). Just a thought.
If I'm incorrect on something, please tell me.
Everyone (currently and previously) have become moderators and super moderators, but never verifier. I don't understand this, since as a moderator you can change rules, but as a verifier you can (obviously) only verify, I think it would be better to have mods that were added specifically to verify should have the verifier rank. Tell me what you guys think in the replies (do not argue, please, this was meant as a discussion/question, not a warzone)
contrary to what literally everyone else said, you don't have to hit the ? block in -1, all you have to do is when you get to the 3 plankton parts, jump on the very edge so you don't hit them, and then bonk the last 1 of the next 2 row enemies (a red jellyfish 2 line, and then I think a green line) I'll edit soon with my PB so you can see it.
People have been banned like this many times before, I just hate that they show no apparent reason as to why, if they could actually show what they did wrong (which they didn't, in your case) then the issues would be resolved.
However; it seems like you've been using copyrighted music for a few of your videos, so that is probably the most likely thing, but they labeled it as what you said before, so the most likely guess is that full version link.
@Mars02 since this game runs at 50 FPS you go faster to compensate for that 10 fps loss, however, this also means the game checks for collision less, and therefore makes it easier to do fpg, this is how full fpg is done, because the game still pulls you in even if you are already in, heres a comparison thing...
PAL: The game makes you "faster" due to the lack of the extra 10 fps, and therefore you can clip into a block more before the game can check again. NTSC: The game runs at (obviously) the normal speed, and the game can check for if you're inside of a wall faster due to the 60 fps instead of 50.
I think this is actually a good idea, since NG+ has invincibility.
Well first of all, not TAS has ever done it, and nobody has proven its possible either...
There is something similar, but it requires jumping sooner than you probably did, and it was actually done with this: (if the timestamp doesnt work, look at 1:19)
A TAS has never done it in the original super mario bros. So I doubt humans can do it...
The only way this is possible (without fpg, for now) is to scroll the screen enough when you go over the flagpole so that mario doesnt have enough space to even look right
StickeredNolmy has done a backwards FPG (not as in allstars backwards fpg) you can find it on his YouTube channel (linked with his src profile)
It should be a .fds or something however you need to change it to disksys.rom and put it into your emulator folder
@RyanGames that is done with left + right, which is not allowed in the rules.
