Having 2 accounts is not allowed as having your name on the leaderboard twice or more would cause in-accuracies as the site automatically hides obsoleted runs, its a rule made by the site itself which we have to enforce.
Since Having 2 accounts on the site is not allowed, I usually asume the worst. We've had a huge issue with run stealing in the past. Stolen run or same runner with a new account here, It both is against site rules. If you lose access to your account i recommend you follow the password reset steps. i hope this post helps
