For nearly a year now, I have been dedicated to the Moto X3M series. At first, I wasn't the best runner, with a few top times for ILs. Many people helped me along the way, and I am so grateful that this community is so helpful and kind. After hours of grinding, I improved and have now taken many of the IL records throughout the series. I recently got some full-game pb's, including a WR for Moto X3M Winter. But in the past few months, I have been very busy. Unfortunately, I am taking a break from speedrunning until possibly the spring due to a very busy schedule. I will still check speedrun.com, verify runs, read DMs and forum posts, etc. But I won't be submitting any runs for the leaderboards for a while (including tournaments - sorry @Catmint , I don't think I'm able to sign up for the winter one). Thank you so much to all you in this community that have helped me so far, especially @LXndxZzZ and @Tanksalot - you two are great runners and I really appreciate your help and dedication to the games. Also, thank you to @Jabber47 , @Amery , and @Catmint for organizing the community and keeping me up to date with events (since I'm not in the discord).
Its been a great many months speedrunning this game, and I may be back someday. But for now, I am taking a break - thanks everyone!
Is there a way you can reset the game levels?
@TheeCortexCrusherYT, did you delete your old YT channel, or just remove all the runs? Every old youtube video is unavailable, so its up to all the mods about what to do. I don't know, but without the proof, I think they should be rejected.
https://vimeo.com/612598133 Watch the video, I found a trick that can allow so many flips! What you do is brake for a few frames right at the end of the first pipe that you get blown out of. Hopefully the second updraft takes you straight up an you can keep flipping. The most I've gotten is 12, but I think more could be possible.
I have been having some trouble with the site lately. First, whenever I have a new DM the message icon doesn't show up. Second, whenever someone else beats one of my IL records, I don't get notified. Lastly, the DM page takes about a minute to load (not really a glitch but a problem I've been having). Does anyone know how to fix this or are these actually glitches on the site? Thanks Sandstorm187
Just a heads up that I will be offline for two weeks after today. I'd like to apologize to the mods for being offline so much, but after I'm back online I should be fairly active (online every hour or two).
I am willing to add anyone as a verifier to help with runs for this game. I am not really interested in playing this game anymore and am promoting @Icoso to supermod once someone takes the verifier position that is currently open. If you want to be added, respond to this forum post and I will consider adding you.
Does anyone know what happened to @Tanksalot? He hasn't been online for over a month and his account page says that speedrun.com can't handle it. Maybe he deleted his account, but why are his runs still showing up?
What was your first Moto X3M speedrun? It can be an IL or full game run, and can be from any game in the series.
How do you make a quote or a table of contents? I have seen ShadowDraft's guide already, I'm just still confused.
Maybe we can add an IL leaderboard for each house? No mistakes, of course.
What types of images can you see on the site, not by clicking a link? I'm trying to find a new way to upload images.
Hello! I was added to this game as a moderator, since other mods are inactive. I will do my best to verify runs.
I speedrun web games on a windows 10, and whatever I try, recordings always make the computer lag. I use OBS, and can record audio for about 5 minutes. Without audio I can record up to 15 minutes. I have tried every trick - lowering bitrate, getting a good internet connection, etc. Nothing has worked. Is this just my PC? I guess what I'm asking is:
- Are there any tips you can give me for recording audio for OBS?
- Are there any other screen recorders that you would recommend? (Need to be free and can record device audio) Thanks!
