This run is possible. God bridging diagonally is way easier than doing it normally. There are ways to have a high CpS in Minecraft that are allowed on Hypixel. I also checked the footage frame by frame and blocks only get placed when the runner's cursor is pointing at the edge of a block, so it is not a scaffold either.
There really isn't much that could be spliced in Amaz's run
Seems like Qrimzon is right. What isn't right however is time in Amaz's run. After retiming it correctly, the final time is 59.77.

Slowness runs start after everyone is teleported. The video is 60 FPS. Teleportation ends at 6.91 Chat message for slowness appears at 16.98 I should probably change the rules mentioning the chat message and not FOV, as it's impossible to time consistently, and Hypixel actually allows to turn off the FOV changes (sprinting, speed, slowness, etc). It is actually faster to get slowness in Doubles Murder Mystery with a strategy simular to Early Knife category, yet people don't seem to run it. Final time is 10.07 I feel like some mods/verifiers don't even bother to retime runs sometimes, yet I can be mistaken.
