Short version: if the people running src don't want your game on the site, then too bad
Please don't try to simplify the reason with something draconian like that. That gives the misconception the site reject games they simply don't like.

I'll get the levels added shortly.
i dont mind, but i've heard that speedrun rules not allow to have separate video files etc. there is no games at all on speedrun.com allowing smth like that.
I'm not sure what you mean by that. If you mean that run submissions require videos to be of only the run itself, that's been obsoleted with the video timestamp functionality that was added not too long ago.

I'm currently at AGDQ so I won't be able to check that sort of thing right now. I'll try to remember to when I get home.

I've talked to ChurchnSarge at AGDQ. Please wait until the end of it and he'll get to your run.

That should be easily fixable with word boundaries. Will check out next week.

Unsticking this for now. The site is moving over to Markdown and this just serves to confuse people.

@2gethR That's a known bug
Personally I would prefer for the criteria to be changed, as this does not take into account runners who are actively grinding a game and just cannot PB, which is the case in many optimised games.

In an ideal world I believe that the active runner stats should be taken from the Streams page (Assuming all registered users are indeed appearing on it) and that if your account is detected to be playing a given game, you are considered an active runner of that game.
That's largely why it lasts so long. I have an update ready to include active streams but it'll need to wait until after AGDQ. In the long run it's possible to keep track of users' stream history.
you don't need to pb to submit.
I strongly recommend you do not do this. It just makes things look messy for both user profiles and the database. At some point I'd like to purge runs submitted that in no manner is a PB, but need to look into it more first.

If you're talking about the cinematic cutscenes, several runners delete those files to prevent their game from crashing, so you're welcome to do that.

Of course skipping in-game cutscenes is allowed by the usual means.

Since the bonus campaign works dramatically different from the others, and I haven't played it since shortly after the game's release, I haven't been able to work out what kind of ruleset would be appropriate for it. I suspect it'll likely use the same rules as the other campaigns with possible small adjustments.

If you have any requests for it, I'm all ears~

Roughly if they've ran the game within the last 100 days although that Number declines overtime. You see the rounded up Number.
It is a legitimate category rather than a challenge, as it is recognized in-game
You say that like it's required for a category to exist, a plethora of games have categories based solely on the self-restraint of the player. Ocarina of Time doesn't recognize if you used glitches or not, Super Mario World doesn't have a special ending for your exit count, they just care if you get to the end of the game. If the game recognizing your accomplishment is mandatory for a category to exist, we might as well wipe most of the games off this site.

I can have the entire series up in two days or less, without using SQL, but that's not the point.

Pac's been actively working with the MML admins to get a synchronization going. You don't have permission to see the page (I think?), but here's what it looks like currently: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/267388486900776961/397305971665534976/unknown.png

So yes, work is being done. And while we're on the subject, Donkey Kong Country is being worked on, too.

No Regular Powerups could be a better title IMO. AFAIK none of the super abilities are useful during areas where they're not required.

@Demolition14 I wouldn't really rule out adding it; Regardless whether or not it's fun to run, no powerups is a restriction that can be applied to most Kirby games and acts as a middle category.

There's a load remover for Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy, a console game, that can be made into a generic load remover for all games, this one included. I hope to work with the developer of it once he's done with school.

Maybe once it's available the other platforms can be accepted since it can be applied to videos retroactively.

If it doesn't say emulator is banned in either the rules or when submitting, you can usually assume it's fine.

Check your settings like Yoshi suggested. If that doesn't work then we'll take a screenshot.
