Hey someone dm me a way to not be a washed up speedrunner thanks in advance
@Yudhveer Yudhveer, since you’re having trouble understanding what’s already been said to you several times, I’ll spell some things out clearly for you:
-
Speedrunning is fundamentally based on trust system. You’ve broken that trust by splicing your runs, getting caught splicing your runs, admitting to splicing your runs (after you were caught), and then selectively picking out runs you’ve done and saying “Oh, this one isn’t spliced! Trust me!” The thing is that no mod can trust you after you got caught cheating. Unless you’ve shown significant efforts to reform and document yourself to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that you aren’t cheating anymore (which you really haven’t), you don’t get a second chance. Even then, I (and probably the other mods) would just assume you found a harder-to-detect method of cheating.
-
For someone who says “Devil May Cry means a lot for me” you sure don’t seem to mean it. Your YouTube page is full of advertisements, tag abuse, and subscription begging, and your most-watched videos are stuff you’ve admittedly spliced (but which don’t tell the viewer that). You don’t even remove the “World Record” from your runs even when they’ve been beaten by players who actually play legitimately. But hey, whatever you have to do for clicks on your videos, right?
-
Speaking the ~World Record~*~ meme, do you honestly think I, a washed-up old man of a speedrunner who doesn’t focus on a single game for more than a month, care that I don’t have the best times in my games? Because unlike you Yudhveer, I don’t have to base my entire online worth on some arbitrary measurement of time in completing video games. I never have (and likely never will) claim to be the best at any game (with the expection of Doshin the Giant because nobody wants to touch that steaming turd), but I have fun improving myself a little bit each time I play them and collaborating with other players to improve my times. And that’s the thing: you’ve robbed yourself of fun and improvement by splicing runs, you’ve made yourself a joke to the community of people who actually care about these games by getting caught cheating, and you’re generally just making an idiot of yourself by doing these things over and over without learning. So congratulations: while you haven’t made a real effort to play these games without cheating, you’ve managed to play yourself just fine.
Huh I must be thinking of some other Yudhveer. My mistake.
@Liv cubeface21 has a single tweet in the past 3 months, which is a retweet. M1 is able to be reached on social media while cubeface isn't
Can https://www.speedrun.com/systemshock2 please add https://www.speedrun.com/user/M1_Account as a leaderboard supermod? I got added to the mod of the entire game series a while back but I am not qualified to review System Shock 2 runs and Cubeface has been AWOL for a while now. M1 is more than qualified to be a game mod and even a series mod.

Assault Spy left Steam Early Access as of yesterday. Can the game page be updated to reflect this?
That video has lots of my personal information in it. Is posting it here not doxing?
Says the person who doesn't have a single DMC run on the leaderboard.
I'm locking this thread and reporting you to site mods for doxing.
So the logical response of course is doxing.
https://www.speedrun.com/dmc3se/thread/44sjm/
Pretty self explanatory. I was doxxed and I'd like these two members removed from the site to prevent them from doing it again.
Good job creating unnecessary community drama and doxing me! Class act from you both. It's not like I suggested to Simoteus that the vote should be done in the first place... or that the whole situation arose from false information.
This change was unnecessary because despawns happen on vanilla PC version. Locking thread and removing the Style Switcher variable (but keeping all version variables).
Despawns happen without Style Switcher installed on PC version because it's just a bad port. Locking the thread as this is false information that caused unnecessary community drama.
I say that it does. I don't want to have to deal with people modifying settings files on PC games.
It sucks but it only adds a few seconds to resets once you factor in that you need to manually copy over the setting file every time
My vote is for Orlando.
EDIT: I live ¤relatively¤ close and could easily test out hotels and scout for locations.
Yudhveer use Google
Also please don't splice your runs :^)
As a show of hands, who is bringing a car to NASA 2017? It might be important to have this information available to people looking for rides to/from the airport or to food.
I'm bringing a 5 seat sedan. How about everyone else?
