I found it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Lego-Island-2-Bricksters-Revenge-pc/dp/B00005V8TB
This is what I could find from a guide:
"When you move a slide, one of them will GLOW. Move the panels that glow, and you’ll eventually solve the puzzle. You don’t need to solve it on your own — follow the glowing panels!"

A majority of game discussion goes on here, as well as most of the Mods for all the series games are here.
I would still like this game to have a 100% category, although I think a better name for the category would be All Objectives. As an update, my newest (4/8/2018) PB is 1:00:55.
Extras are allowed in any% as long as they are collected and purchased during the run. They are not allowed in villain% because theoretically someone could stud farm before the run so they can afford an extra. But then if extras were allowed to be purchased during villain% runs, then setting up a new file to run on would take too long (all hero levels need to be completed before villain levels can be played). Since hero% and villain% are very similar in style, we've banned the use of extras in hero%.
The run was moved to Replay Story. Thanks for catching that.
I would suggest doing any levels that have risky skips/glitches in them first and the easy/consistent levels toward the end. Keeping that in mind, you should also try to keep the transitions between levels as short as you can. I don't run the DS version of this game so I can't really give you a specific level order, just general tips.
Any% NG+ has been renamed as suggested. Any% NG++ has been renamed to Replay Story. As for Free Play, I don't know enough about the game to set rules for it. I'd be happy to take any rule suggestions. A few of the typical rules that could probably apply are:
- Complete all levels in free play mode.
- Time starts when you gain control of your character in the first level of the run.
- Time ends when you lose control of your character (or at the level complete screen?) in the last level.
- All red bricks are allowed. Let me know if any of these rules need changing/rewording, or if more rules need to be added.
There has not been any discussion in regards to the other categories and I would like there to be. This is where I stand: video proof needed for all categories except any% (where any% has a 2:55:00 threshold for needing video proof). Should this be put into effect, runs without the proper evidence will be removed. If no one gives any comments regarding this, video proof will be needed for all categories except any% effective 4/1/2018.
There has been some discussion on the discord server regarding video evidence for runs. We've talked about requiring video proof for all runs as well as setting a threshold for when a video is needed. So far we have only discussed the any% limit of 2 hrs 55 mins (other categories are still open for discussion either here or in the discord server). If this limit is put into the rules, any runs previously verified without video evidence and is under the threshold will be rejected. I hope you all understand why this rule is changing and I apologize if your run gets rejected.
This rule for any% will be put into effect 3/11/2018. The ruling will change for all other categories 4/1/2018.
I completed a run of what would be 100%. I did not start on a new file so I could skip cutscenes. I started the timer when I selected the first mission and stopped it when I disabled the "dirty bomb" switch.
As far as I can tell after one play through, there are no differences other than loads. I don't think that would be enough to warrant subcategories for PC and console.
Could a new category for 100% be added? After running any% I felt like 100% could be an interesting run. My definition for 100% for this game would be to complete all objectives for every level.
What's different about the gameplay? I thought PC and console versions would have had the same gameplay.
Why are PC and console split into subcategories? Are there major differences that set them apart from each other or is it just that loading times are different? I want to run this co-op with someone and they have the console version and I have the PC version.
