I would encourage going hard on advertising. I struggle with trying to find games to speedrun all the time and I wish this thread would be more active.
If minecraft is too demanding on your pc, just don't run the game and find other games that are much lighter to run instead. Unless you have the money to upgrade your pc, there's not much you can do about it.
I'm planning on running this game soon and one disadvantage I have is that I don't have a controller so I can't do some of the skips that require 2 players.
So I would like to request splitting Any% to 1P2C and 1P1C if it doesn't bother the mod or the runners. Thanks!
Rather than using window capture for your chat, I would recommend using a browser source instead. Here's a guide on how to do that https://slurptech.com/add-twitch-chat-box-obs/
How do I use RetroSpy with keyboard keys as seen in the video below:
You could perform blazit and let Mario slide as far to the right as possible
When I first saw this thread, I thought Pac was back or somethin
@M_A_T_T_H_E_W I saw your thread on the bfbb forums with the same question and you said that you always forget the route. I recommend just writing down the route on a piece of paper/notepad and refer to that when you do runs.
I don't think that's possible, pls correct me if I'm wrong.
At first, we have people asking game specific questions in this forum like "Is sodium and lithium allowed?". And now people are posting stuff about drama/shit happening in a certain community. What do you people think we are? We're not problem solvers and ranting about this stuff "here" is just a huge waste of time.
Since I never answered those threads, here's my answer. My lil bro and I were playing Super Mario Bros from this knockoff gameboy device which has hundreds of games. Since we were both pretty bad at the game, I decided to watch speedruns of SMB1 on youtube since I thought that would be the best way to figure out how to beat the game.
The video I watched was the first 4:55 achieved by Kosmic, my mind was blown and that's the story of how I got into speedrunning
