Sorry for late reply. I didn't realize it required Story Mode to be beat to unlock. It's an empty category, so I'll just remove it if that's the case.
@Morpha26 I don't recall ever rejecting RTA, much less that insistent about it.
As I've said 4 months ago, I don't mind merging. I've mostly left it, as is, for there to be a consensus among the runners. The remaster was still relatively new, at the time, but if people believe merging console and PC, and switching to RTA, is the best course of action, then I will make it so.

I mostly left them as is because there was a discussion on switching to RTA as the primary timing method. People were also unsure, at the time, if one system had an advantage or not, as the game was brand new.
I don't mind combining the platforms, if we can can agree to sticking with IGT in the future.
Removed Critical Mode from the Ultimate Mode category.

- Changed category name from "HD Remaster (PS4, Xbox One Switch)" to "HD Remaster (Console)
- Added 100% (S-rank) subcategory
- Adjusted some theme coloring

I added the 100% (S-rank) category as requested. I wrote some rules for it, but tell me if I'm missing something or got something wrong.
Adjusted categories accordingly:
NG will remain as a normal mode only run, in order to prevent cutscene skipping. NG+ and NG+ Ultimate will have Easy, Normal, Hard and Critical subcategories.
I've been rethinking the categories, and I wonder if maybe it would be best to combine the HD categories into one instead. Spreading it out so thin diminishes competition, so I believe it'll look quite barren before long. I could keep it as it is, but wondering what everyone else thought.
@OneCoolMan Might choose that wallpaper, but I'll need it in 1920x1080 for it to not look awkward on the site. I will keep a look out for one.
Yeah, wallpaper is in need of remaster as well. I'll keep a look out for anything new, but do hit me up if you find anything good.

Emulators are generally frowned upon in speedruns. To my knowledge, there hasn't been a PS2 emulator that perfectly emulated a PS2 (one that included frame drops and load times), so I doubt it'd get accepted.
I like reviving the dead, but yeah timings must have a standard. Starting the timer the moment you click on "new game" is the best thing imo. Ending timer would be the moment the screen goes black/white after killing Nobunaga (goes white in ps2 version and black on PC). In-game timer is valued higher than RTA. The leaderboard will first sort by in-game timer and then real-time (in case of a tie).
I don't know much about the skipping of cutscenes or the additional weapons, so that can still be open for discussion if it belongs to NG+ or not.
