Good idea! I adjusted the rules and made it a bit more clear regarding such trophies. Thanks for bringing this to my attention :)
@davidvkimball I just now split Console and Emulator into two separate sub-categories since it would be very unfair due to loading time differences. Hope this helps!
@orangeisborange I honestly don't know. The category was made by the previous Super Mod Pokemonmaster888 and he never specified anything in the rules sadly. You could always check in with the previous runners of the category, see if they needed to get it or not.
But unless it's required to get the "You have all the trophies!!" message, it wouldn't be needed to collect. And if it is, it'd just assume it would be the same as with the "Pikmin" trophy, meaning you just have it pre-saved on the Memory Card.
You’re not supposed to record through Dolphin. But have you tried using OBS to record? It’s kinda the standard recording software these days.
There’s a pinned download link in the Discord channel.
I find it really odd that you can click the "Full Game Leaderboard", but for the "Level Leaderboard" you have to press the tiny "All" underneath, with blends in with the levels. Please change this.
Now the Individual Level leaderboard has even more squished the categories. And there's all this horizontal space used for nothing, yet this IL categories always has the same size, leading to several categories not showing unless you use the bottom slider.
This is the case for Guide as well, so now text takes up even more space and making guides awfully long and squished. GIVE US MORE SPACE!

Bug: Recent runs will show time as "None" when runs use IGT: (This seem to work for some games I moderator that only use IGT, but not Vanquish. Maybe it's due to the game having 3 options for: "Time without loads", "Time with loads" and "In-game time" that messes it up somehow, even when not used?)
-
I feel it's a confusing to use the Rank Icons as the "Rank" for Recent Runs and not just "1st place", "2nd place", etc. Some games might not have proper Gold, Silver, Bronze colors and thus being hard to tell.
-
Let runners have the option to disable comments on their runs.

Acessing the "Edit Game, Theme and Audit Log" feels way too hidden under this tiny little sword icon. Maybe write text next to the sword like: "Moderation" or "Moderation Tools" or something?
Slippi is not allowed as the rules states you must use Dolphin 5.0 and no other emulators.
Also, if you want to use UCF, C-Stick and other mods, then go to the Category Extension leaderboards here: https://www.speedrun.com/ssbm_ce

Sayonara Umihara Kawase - https://www.speedrun.com/sayoumi Super underrated game with fun and rewarding hook-based physics. Easy to learn, but still with a high skill ceiling.
All of your suggestions are just meme categories that don't have a place on a leaderboard honestly. I still hope to see you submit runs to the current categories though :)
I also don't need help with moderation right now. But if I do need help, I'd ask a more experienced veteran runner for the role. Thanks for showing interest though!
Hey! I suggest joining the Discord channel for easier discussions around possible new categories: https://discord.com/invite/DjspPTX
Non-Pacifist / Every Enemy A 100% category already exists which requires killing every enemy, which is exactly what you're describing.
No Dash / No Slide This sounds boring as the game already has a lack of deep movement system, so it doesn't seem like it'd be very interesting to speedrun.
Pacifist / No Destroyed Enemies First of all I think "Any%" is already fully Pacifist by using the "Dash Jump" glitch, so there's that.
Also many levels use the "self-destruction" mechanic after touching an enemy to get boosted far distances, many other levels are pacifist as well, so there'd be an overlap where runs would be exactly the same. I don't think it would be a very unique category (compared to the current ones) where the gameplay is very different, and it comes across as a more challenge run that a speedrun one.
Just my thoughts though, feel free to drop by the Discord if you want to discuss it further or if you have any other ideas. Thanks for your suggestions though :)
Sayonara Umihara Kawase - https://www.speedrun.com/sayoumi Hooking physics-based platformer with tons of levels and multiple endings to choose from. Very simple to learn, but hard to master. Also incredibly satisfying once you learn to get good at the movement!
That's crazy!! I assume you've had no luck contacting the runner about how he did it?
That makes no sense seeing that 14.84 is shown as saved, meaning it’s the IGT. There’s no ”timing” done by the runner. I doubt you could actually manipulate the IGT like that anyway, but who knows? Either it’s using secret techniques only he knows, or it’s cheated (however that would be done).
Check out Were.Wolf, it's a free great platformer game on Itch.io that I found a weeks or so ago. https://yrgo-game-creator.itch.io/werewolf
Here's the leaderboards: https://www.speedrun.com/were_wolf
I absolutely hate the new bright white texts, It's not good at all. Let use customize it if anything, please.
I don't think you need to submit literally EVERY PB that you get (unless you really like to see your exact progression), but rather the best one you get after you're done with your session for the day. At least that's what I tend to do.
Syndicate (2012) is highly underrated. There's tons of skips to perform and a couple new ones found recently actually! Perhaps you can be the one to find more? Give it a look if it's the type of game you're interested in!
