This a shot in the dark, but my SNES controller has been on the fritz for awhile, and the screws on the back of the controller are stripped, making replacing the rubbers on the controller almost impossible. I'm also getting issues where when I'm trying to jump my A press drops making me fall into a pit or or not being able to jump through bowsers hammers, or something or other. Is there any or reliable vendor I can go to to get a newer or refurbished controller that doesn't feel like I'm putting down a bunch of force just to get a small jump? Thanks!

I just got my new NES today, and I tried to power it on, and the blinking red light comes on. I've tried taking apart the console and cleaning the 72-pin connector, I've tried to clean the game with a cotton swab, and I've even gone to the point of almost taking the entire console apart to see whats wrong, and after all of this the NES still gives me the blinking red light. Are there any tips?

I would just like to know why emulators are banned. I was thinking about speedrunning this game but didn't realize that emulators were banned.

I get that we could just submit the runs and put them under the category that they are ran in but cant we just make a Misc. Category and put the same categories but just SNES?
