This was mostly made for full game runs, not ILs though. Mainly it was because DSDA doesn't have support for runs with deaths, which I've always found the hardest part of getting into full game doom speedruns
We definitely don't have enough players to split the leaderboards, but it might be nice to have a tag (like the platform one) and allow players to submit both 3rd and 1st person. The issue would be for switching. I do fast steep tracks in 1st person, and tricks tracks in 3rd.
The info just hasn't been updated since the console versions came out.
Take the WR times of all of them, and that's the perfect, or take somewhere in the middle because it's only a mad person doing a 1 shot that's ever going to try it.
Or take a look at the extensions and the 100% because that might be what you want.

There's no coop because nobody has ran it. Getting multiplayer working properly either requires a LAN, or a very close ping. The ports with good netcode are pretty much all based off ZDoom, which changes some monster AI so it's not valid for speedrunnings.
Damn... I have absolutely no idea what's going on there. Can you grab the older 5.9.2 version and test there?
The only fully featured one I've found is Llanfair (Gereds fork). People hate it because it's less featureful than Livesplit, but it has global hotkeys. It's Java so it'll work for a while to come. https://github.com/gered/Llanfair/releases/tag/1.5.4

To add to what TCBD said, run PrBoom+ with the glboom executable for the fancy effects.
The issue with this is if you die, in which ccase you'll need your Livesplit time. I believe there is an autosplitter somewhere (as seen by Looper in his sub 18 minute attempts)
Here's one that works with GLBoom https://github.com/Joca64/Livesplit.Doom but I can't find the one Looper used (it's not this one because he uses Crispy Doom)
If you don't go with an autosplitter then I'd recommend setting your run to "Segmented" in Livesplit. This means when you press the "split" button, it pauses the timer until you press "split" again to move on. You'd press once at the end of the level, and again when you click through the end screen to start the next.
Eventually you're going to want to do full death/loadless runs with demos though, at which point the splits will only be for your own referance to see how far ahead or behind you are since your time will come from in game and what the demo says.
Nice! If you need more mods I'd be happily up for it. I've never set a PB because, well I don't get out of Highlands all that often if I go fast :P
You'll have it if you can launch scripts. Not sure how you do that though. If you have it installed via the Unity port or Android port or something then I don't think you can unfortunately.
Try verifying the game files and the usual Steam trouble shooting steps.
