Which category would submissions played on PS3 (via the playstation store download of the ps1 version) go into?

I've examined a few of the posted runs and there seems to be a slight variance of when timing starts. Does timing start when the yellow arrows to move show up? Or when you actually start moving George?

Could you please add xbox1 as a platform? I'm not sure if it would be it's own or go with PC or switch.

I notice there isn't a single xb1/ps4 run on the boards, so I'm curious if there's a huge disadvantage
