In your original video on the 3rd backwards bump you went left to backup and get speed. You can't have mario move to the left. If your problem isn't that try going down the pipe towards the left side. The farther right you enter the pipe, the lower the chance this trick works.
I went to the resources page to download the Project64 + plugins but mcafee stopped the download saying a virus was detected in the file. I just wanted to make sure this isnt mcafee being overprotective
I'm wondering if the super gameboy 2 is 2.5x faster just like the original super game boy?
Sounds fun but we just got a new category added to the leaderboard so it probably won't happen.
I'm Trying to TAS the full game on an OG rom but don't have any way to track framerules, x-pos, and subpixels. are there any memory values I can enter into ram watch to let me see these?
I'm trying to create a full tutorial for every framerule and the perfect 8-4. I was able to tas all the way up to turnaround room where I'm getting lost. I tried following Tree_05's guide but it is a little hard to follow. I know inputs for tas fast accel but cant get the right subspeed (tree says 004) to get FRAME 63. does anyone have any helpful insight? Thanks to anyone who responds!
I'm sure there is an easy solution but when I go to grab the 2nd warp whistle I run on the top and reach the end of the hallway but don't get put into the warp whistle room. what am I doing wrong?
thanks, just stumbled upon this accidentally while playing around with out of bounds and was super exited.
Making a tas on pellson rom for tutorial. 2 questions. do framerules continue while paused? and if so tas 8-2 setup for framerule 523/524
does the 1-2 framerule act the same way? R13 or higher with 347.
I've seen a video on how to setup your game but there is so much stuff you have to download. what is actually required to speedrun(1.16.1)?
I think I got fast 4-2 but I'm not sure. when I finished the level the pellson rom said 25.59. is that fast 4-2?
Be careful watching Bismuth. Its addicting. One minute you watching a short video on SMB1, the next you're binging the entire History of The a Button Challenge. Definitely not speaking from experience.
hello, is anyone there?
