how do runners like feinberg speedrun coop

like how would i play with others that aren't on my LAN

so in ssg (ive been mostly running ssgp tho) when you go back into the overworld, not only do you have to stand on the right block, but the right side of the portal block. (at least by what ive seen) is this the case

so i always see the dragon perching when its on the opposite side from me

on the official mc wiki, it also says, "The dragon goes to the exit portal structure (approaching from the side opposite the player if possible) and lands on the highest block of the coordinates (x=0, z=0) up to (y=101)."

in my understanding that could mean that the dragon will perch faster if you are on the opposite side of it
