and also pending runs will be timed

all runs that get verified by different mods and I get notifications about, will be retimed

and also that rule would of been in there but I forgot to add it

@Lusonice2021 That time is impossible with 30FPS So if it is 3 frames (AT 30FPS which is what framerate you do) it is 100 milliseconds If it is two frames then 66 milliseconds

I was the one who put "Mod's note: We recommend to upload to YT for faster and easier verification for mods" because it is really easy to go forward and back one frame on YT and it shows you the correct framerate if you look in stats for nerds. Remember, it saids "recommend" I am not forcing you to use it.
