It is possible to get the meat moon in Bruncheon, and then return to Lake/Wooded. Then you can collect post-meat moons upon return. What is proven impossible is skipping Wooded/Lake, Cloud, Lost, Metro, Snow and Seaside via Bruncheon

Actually this category sounds like it'd be prety close to AUM. I would prefer:
Any 999 moons, LBW allowed. Start the firework as fast as possible.
I don't see any problem with warping. Just go through all 10 paintings
A shorter way rather, without jump/cap/coin farming, less shop visits, less purples, more options for the painting route.
It would still definitely be a CE, but different from AUM in a lot of spots where purple coins are nearby

The painting chain from Mushroom back to Mushroom is complete unless you do something stupid like using the Odyssey
All 10 paintings. Not just the last. Sounds like a nice short postgame category, hyped to see some runs

Well it wouldn't really have much in common with a "Fast Any%" unless you'd end by leaving Bowser's kingdom. Still an idea worth considering, though it's pretty similar to 50 moons, 69 moons, or Star% 120 moon
I think it would start upon gaining control after leaving the Odyssey and end upon grabbing the multimoon
Actually Dark Side and Darker Side might fit into the level leaderboards on the main board
The language setting is free on any version of the game unlike e.g. SM64, so there's no point in making a filter for people who don't care to use it
This means you could start an Any% file that picks Lake/Wooded and Snow/Seaside in the same order as Hey there
Sounds a bit pointless to me, just either Sand peace or Wooded first story moon (gonna be Sand). Nothing really interesting to it
That holds true for Any% and maybe most main categories, but All Purple Coins is a different matter
lol. You guys should have sub 20 by now. Small hint: Finish with 50 moons in Wooded
Another collector's IL, but with less shortcuts than All Wool Colours. You will have to gather both the dye and the material yourself, Set Seed will involve a lot more routing
