All you have to do is stop checking the thread. I want this guy to at least respond and learn from his mistakes if he doesn't get punished for it. If no one is willing to say something about it and see the Talk forums flooded then I will. Also there's so many threads that don't deserve the second forum page that have it anyway, some have way more pages than they should and this is certainly not the first one.

You can't just make a new thread for every question you have on a forum, forums and texting/chatting applications have been different since the dawn of time. Furthermore, the questions he asks are either questions that literally take 1 second to answer if you do the tiniest bit of research beforehand (such as "What's an Elo staff?") , or dumb questions that don't have an answer such as "Who's the best mod who verify runs" etc.

Also this is not a "random person", he has been making new threads for every question that he has for a few weeks by now.

Based on his forum posts I am fairly certain he is young and doesn't really know what he's doing wrong, which means it's even less likely for them to change that drastically. Also, I haven't seen him admit to mod farming or post farming once ever since he started making forum posts (at least not until I called them out, let's see if he says anything about it).
