Guy, Josh, gamefandan : This will be done as soon as an admin checks it. Usually kirkq manages these requests but he's unavailable for a few days.
My audience is pretty small as well so testing it myself wasn't always easy, that's why I decided to make an early release to get the chance of having people with larger audiences use it and see if it behaves correctly.
Most of the things you need to know are in the description of Github : https://github.com/Gyoo/LiveSplit.SplitsBet I developed this plugin after I saw several people trying to guess what the time of a split would be, and I thought it would be fun to have a bot doing the work for you, with scores and stuff like that. If you like it, feel free to give suggestions to improve it, this is a working release but there's still lots of things to do. Also, you can fork the project to improve it yourself and request your changes, this wouldn't be open source otherwise :P Remember : the most feedback, the better the plugin can be. You have lots of choices to give feedback (This thread, Github issues, my Twitter) so if you have anything to say, say it (pleaaaase BibleThump )
Moved to Resident Evil forums
Aridolomo : As Klashik said, there's no perks in being a supermod. All you can do is name new mods but since Jxp seems active enough he can handle that in my opinion.
rey : I added you to the mods of Don't Starve, because SlyCooperPlays has been inactive for a full month. But please try not to make categories on your own and have someone to discuss about it
Cyberdemon : Added you to Chex Quest. The current mod hasn't been there for 4 months
HeyItsBentley : The 3 mods are on Twitter, have you tried contacting them this way ? Sadly the game forums are something that is mostly never checked
TheKombatKing : Seems legit, I added you to the series mods. Plus it's always better to have more than a single mod.
We have noticed this for a very long time and this is actually a hassle to handle because these games can remain in several series (Either a LEGO series or the series of the licence covered).
As we don't have a solution to embed a game under several series (which might be a solution) we decided to keep it the way it is.

Totally not in the stickied posts of this section :P I can't do it myself, but an admin can handle that when they see the message
I see, I wasn't aware of that, since everytime so far I wanted to watch something on nicovideo I went directly on their website and thus had to login
Can you actually watch a NicoVideo video without an account on their website ?
toucansham : Added you as supermod for Shantae. The current mod was actually a series mod, but has no run whatsoever and hasn't been connected for a month. We may do something about that if it affects the other games of the series.
rosael : Since you requested it, I added you as a supermod for EO4, but I'd like some details about the "debacle" because, well, that's not an usual behavior in my opinion. PM me on Twitch about that if you want.
Auddy07 : One of the series mod (whom, as far as I know, isn't related to all this mess) is aware of the situation and of your previous post. He'll try to figure out some stuff the best he can.
The basics are : -Your time -A video proving it. The video needs to show the full run from the beginning to the last input or whatever is used to qualify a run as ended (depends on the game obviously). The video doesn't require to have extra fancy things, it can just be the game. However it's better to have at least a timer showing so people don't have to time the run themselves.
Some communities can decide that videos aren't required, but you shouldn't rely on that. It's always better to have a video, even more if it's a PC game because capturing some gameplay on PC is a piece of cake.
Everything related to splits is purely optional.
Addendum : Splits.io is a platform on which you can submit your splits after you completed a run, so that people can download them to compare their splits against yours. Speedrun.com uses this tool to show the splits directly under the video on your run's page. You can see an example here : http://www.speedrun.com/tww/run/32166
Your first request is really specific but it makes sense after all.
Also, your second thought about the name of the emulator is something I endorse
You just have to ask Pac to implement these special icons.
As this seems to be a good idea, I have to come with the experience I have in similar projects : Team Ludendi
They installed a hostbot on their main channel to host the team members when the channel is not in use for ESA or other events. When it got announced, that was fairly new, so it was a bit popular and that was a really good showcase for the team members. But now, they barely have 2 or 3 viewers sometimes so the interest is really low (still cool to get hosted though)
I think your project is similar : you get several runners to randomly stream on a single channel, but if there's nobody to watch, people may not want to stream there and it's a vicious circle that leads to the drop of the project.
That said, I think you can expect some interest at first by both runners and viewers, but if you want to keep your viewers, you may want to have some special guests or something like that, even if the channel is mainly aimed at small streamers.
I'll make a note of the IE issues, I don't know to what extent the current moderation code would need changed to support this.
It needs a message inviting the user to download a better web browser.

Thinking with Time Machines is on hold because it's technically a modded version of Portal 2, so it should go on the ROM Hacks of Portal 2. However, we can't move games to ROM Hacks yet (or maybe admins can but I can't)
