update for people not in the discord: wr for star mario is now 21.747 by me, big mario is 20.616 by edwardop (i tied it but i dont wanna highlight), and yes, 347 is possible in star, but only for the tas with l+r. (star tas is at 21.564 btw, also human theory for star is at 21.647)

Also if you want without L+R then i'm pretty sure L-L-R-L+A-Nothing-R works but i'm actually not sure, also L-Nothing-R-L+A-Nothing-R as well if the first one was correct.
Fun Fact: back when i first speedrunned mario when i was practicing the walljump room and when the pirahna plant was there, i tried doing the first weird walljump method you showed but with the piranha plant there lol (and yes i did successfully do it, i even did a backwards one once)
Very Impressive but I mean it's keyboard and you could set the input configuration to a way where it's really comfortable for one-hand, so I wanna see a one-handed fpg on console.
Runathon would basically be the same as any% (for pros) except 8-2 is a little different, also what do you do in "Glitched"? But everything else is fine, you can still do those categories even if it isn't in the leaderboards btw.
