Our IRL% run got rejected because we broke pencils then proceeded to sharpen them. Whatever if that’s not allowed, but specify in your rules. Nowhere does it say you can’t do that, so obviously that implies you can. People have also said multiple times on the forum that you’re allowed to break pencils and it was never refuted by the mods. So fix your stuff.

So, again, the idea is shorter categories. That would not be very short. Anyways, I still recommend a mod just makes a category extensions page.

@SMG69 If someone just busted out a 4:55 today it would be scrutinized to make sure it isn't a TAS with or without this post, unless it was by a very renowned runner who had been streaming attempts like Kosmic or Darb. When I said this post was useless, I really meant it.

You've tried submitting TASes in two different leaderboards already. We also already know the information in this post so it's completely unhelpful. So I'm going to level with you @WrboismbStrikes since it seems like no one else is; That's actually a pointless category for so many reasons. The categories we have on SR.com are because they are all previous or current Any% routes that have definitive differences making it warrant separate categories. Your talking about 10 star having a different route, but all the route would be is LBLJ, and then the fastest 9 stars in the 16 star route which I don't know off the top of my head, then you go do SBLJ. It's entirely pointless. Also the "No stars, no rules" category you speak of is exactly what 0 stars is. Go look at the rules for 0 star.

I have no issue with you being mod either, but there are others that have been playing the game longer than you and have requested before you, like frikkinfriks and I. That being said, I still think you along with a few others of us should be mods. @Javi17

Jcool and on the discord, you've been told this multiple times by others @Javi17, and Frikkinfriks explained by Cool is no help now anyways. Other people answered the question for you, there was no need for me to answer.

So basically what ended up happening is I unlocked everything and completed mission mode, but I started too late and was way too tired to do time trials. Also, I thought about it and you guys are probably right that what I'm technically doing is more like "Full Completion" or "All Unlockables", but I'm just used to calling it 100%. @Frikkinfriks14 and I are probably going to race the full category with time trials at some point. The run was 6 hours, 40 minutes, and 28 seconds for what I did, and that Included a horrible mission and mirror mode. Definitely gonna do this again at some point when I'm not gonna get really tired.

@omniscient I basically need proof that you're playing at that high of a level NOT on dolphin, because you got a time that's extremely good.

Yeah 3 stars isn’t necessary to unlock things so I’ll definitely not do that.

I'm planning on trying to do an 100% Run tonight. Not necessarily to get it added as a category (although I wouldn't be opposed to that), but more so just to try it out because I think it'll be pretty fun. I was wondering what you guys think would be technically 100% completion. I was thinking it would be Gold trophies in every cup, completing mission mode (that would entail stars on every mission until Level 7, and in level 7 the only requirement would be to complete every mission), and unlocking every staff ghost. @Goomba I'd preferably like your opinion on this, but others can chime in as well.

Hopefully I'll become a full mod soon or even super mod, because everyone in the discord was in agreement of me becoming super mod. At least full mod is hopefully to come though, given I believe I deserve at least that.

If this thread doesn't lead to some kind of change, we should probably just create a separate leaderboard on another site. SR.com mods are supposed to listen and serve the community (i.e. mods do what the community says, the community doesn't do what the mods say), and we never see that in this leaderboard. Also, I have no clue why you're trying to tell others what to do regarding a situation in a community you're not involved in at all @Hydro .

Please dear god, listen to him @whichever mod sees this. The moderation of this game is a fucking nightmare and nothing is ever done about it. All we need to do is add one god damn mod that actually cares about the game, like Javi, Frikkinfriks, or me, and the game would be in much better shape, but for whatever reason there's always something stopping that from happening.
