I didn't read what OP said, but I'm going to assume we are now discussing how Sheogorath is the best character in Oblivion and is, quite frankly, the only reason to play the game.

Should run a category before asking for it to be on a leaderboard. Even then, you shouldn't expect it get one, or even catch on with other runners; especially if the rules are arbitrary. The closest thing to NG+ are the ILs. NMG (Full CR) is what you're probably looking for.

When you submit a run, there is always a piece of text at the bottom where it says it can take up to 3 weeks. If your run hasn't been approved in over that time, then you can freak out. :)

Must use a vanilla-compatible source port. Currently recommended ports are: Crispy Doom & PrBoom+ If using PrBoom+, the run must be complete with -complevel 3 (which means that the sourceport that you are using will emulate Ultimate Doom engine available at time of game release) jumping, crouching is NOT ALLOWED vertical mouse look is NOT ALLOWED using auto sr50 on sourceports that have it is NOT ALLOWED

Play from fresh save file.

Time begins on game start. Time ends at Icon of Sin kill cutscene.

Beat the game while:

• Achieving full Combat, Challenge, and Exploration rating in each level.

• Acquiring every Weapon and Suit upgrade.

• Unlocking every section, and collecting every item in the Fortress of Doom.

You should have collected all:

• Weapons (including the Unmakyr)
• Weapon Mods and Mastery
• Runes
• Sentinel Crystals
• Sentinel Batteries
• Praetor Tokens
• Mastery Tokens
• Codicies (collected from map)
• Toys
• Music Records
• Cheat Codes
