Odd thing with Twitch Vods and Legend of Princess
This was something I found out before the announcement that twitch was forcing Highlights and Uploads to be backed up because of space.
But all vods for this game on twitch have been removed, mine seemingly went corrupt overtime.
When I went to back the ones up that I had played a long while ago. The video wouldn't play. I deleted my video because it wont even download anymore either.
Just thought that the information should be put out there, it seems the others who also ran this game and have twitch vods linked most likely had the same issue.
I thought it was pretty mysterious and no other game I played had encountered this issue. In fact all 5 videos I had on this game got corrupted. Maybe there's nothing to this, but just thought it was odd was all. Maybe someone had some insight out there.
Just responding to this but @nicj Speedrun mode has different timing, is only available for single player. In addition, there are some minor stage load / interim differences.

I would like to second this. I have had runs for this game for quite some time as well and not been able to submit. Duskstation should be allowed.

I believe Neogeo Mini is just running emulation. Regardless, I will see about adding it to the site since there is 2 - 3 different compilation machines out now.
As for separating out the versions they would all fall under arcade. I realize there can be very minor differences, especially when it comes to MVS and AES, however it would be excessive, you can easily run the game on current platforms or re-releases. That's just my opinion about it.
@cheekychunk, I made a note to take care of this in the discord. Dont worry it will be added as an annotation.
@The_Challenger99 runs on the board are fine, my issue is with the initial statement "You can start from a reset on most categories. No need to select character every time." Other runners still need to show this and its greatly preferred.
Yes we are aware of these differences, Although its tiresome, resetting is part of speedrunning, for extra checks. It also adds an extra step that makes it harder to cheat and splice runs.
So you will still have to restart by fully exiting. Failure to follow this rule will result in your run being declined.

Just for future reference, the majority of runs I do are on Console, if that's not the case I make sure to add a note for that. In this instance I am running the actual game disc and using a PS2, with an actual PS2 controller.
As far as commentating, I try my best to, but sometimes during a 10+ hour stream its hard to keep a flow state, and sometimes I am visibly tired or focused.
I checked all my vods from this time, they all have game sound. @NewSchoolBoxer
Considering I'm one of those people that enforces those standards and leads the community I always hold myself to those same standards. The volume is a little low, so you just have to turn it up.
