what if you want to submit times on leaderboards, but your not allowed to post yt video or capture it on twitch? thats the situation im in rn? what should I do?

When I got my pb of 171, i wondered, is there a limit to how fast you can go? I mean if you click fast enough and have perfect optimisation with no mistakes, a sub 1 might be barely possible. what do you guys think?
