tell me which your excited for and why. I'm cautiously excited for sonic frontiers because an open world sonic sounds cool but I'm scared Sega with mess it up again.
I think it would be cool plus you wouldn't have to worry about cheaters because even if they cheat it won't show up on the game's leaderboard so who cares. Also I got a dolphin emulator so I'll be running the wii vc version on it so hopefully my game won't have weird slow down.

Wouldn't in game time be more fair. example: two speedrunners run a game. one has a trash computer, and one has a godlike computer they both take the exact same route in a run, their in game time are the exact same but due to the run being timed in real time not In game time the on with the better computer wins. I think this is unfair this because this dosen't put everyone on the same playing feild.
why are emulators banned I really wanna run this game but I don't want to have to go searching ebay to find an n64,wii,or wii u, for above retail price. please unban emulators

I was wondering how people time frames in games, I wanna know in case I get interested in speedrunning a game with glitches which require me to do an action on certain frames
recently I asked a stupid question on a Theard talking about the fact that another Theard of mine had 0 replies and I was wonder if it was because people were mad at me and I'd been cancelled on speedrun.com, that was stupid and I was being ridiculous and I'm sorry.
I made a thread about the best games for each Nintendo handheld (switch included) it has 31 views bout 0 replies. WHY. is it cause submitted a speedrun to the wrong category on accident, then resubmitted it to the right category but without game audio and then did a different run and tried submitted that to the right category but sent the mod the wrong link to the already rejected speedrun on accident and now I've been cancelled by the mods and no one will ever reply to my threads ever again

also, I'm new to speed running I just submitted my first run of sonic advance 2 2-2 but my run hasn't showed up yet. do I really need to wait 2 to 3 weeks just for it to possibly get rejected because mods think it trash maybe?
