also, I'm new to speed running I just submitted my first run of sonic advance 2 2-2 but my run hasn't showed up yet. do I really need to wait 2 to 3 weeks just for it to possibly get rejected because mods think it trash maybe?

Mods don’t reject runs because they “think it trash.” If you followed all the game’s rules then most likely it will get accepted.
