change rendering mode from Opengl to "software rendering"
I used to have serious problems with an old pc (still do sadly) where one day, after some windows update, all my opengl-type games just stopped working or became really slow.
Halflife contains the blessing of a "software rendering" mode so you dont even need opengl (i dont think), thats what worked for my lag anyway

It's basically a mobile exclusive besides the Switch Port, it's free, i mean seriously there isn't even a post up here yet, i think the rules are probably default speedrun.com rules.
Also, just noticed, theres currently only 1 full game run (just a youtube walkthrough) of this game, that isnt separate videos and its still spliced footage lol, definitely gonna fix that once i'm better.
If there's any mods out there, can we get individual categories for each quest? maybe more people will run this game then.
Also, if anyone planning to do individual quests and wants to know how to copy saves i.e. create Savestates for practicing sections, just msg me, im gonna post about it later once i get the chance anyway. (hint: X-Plore File Manager)
Portalize. Its a full-on Portal remake for Android, IOS and Web Unfortunately its quite hard to run as you're gonna need an old android phone (if youre running thr android version anyway) that can run 3d games, but not so new that its incompatible, as the app is so old they stopped updating it.
I havent tried the web version yet, seems to be a different set of maps but will check out eventually. Cant play the IOS version yet, till i figure out how to get past Apple's region lock for apps.

i got the MCPEDL link wrong: mcpedl.com is the one most people know (i assume?) for its mods/textures/stuff. mcpedl.org is slightly dodgy sounding i know, but its also the only place with ancient, historical mcpe versions AS WELL as new apks (there are other sites with minecraft apk, but they only keep the new ones. Heres a link to 1.16 apk/apks page: https://mcpedl.org/downloading/minecraft-pe-1-16-apk/ I'm currently in the process of downloading all their mcpe apks to preserve them in case mojang/microsoft orders a takedown request of mcpedl.org (microsoft has been pretty weird with the chat reporting drama and in pushing their "player safety" features, so i wouldnt put it past them)

If you're on PC, there's currently a Bedrock Launcher you can use (fan-made) Also, MCPEDL.com has archived all the android apk installer files for MCPE (those are cracked i think, i could be wrong, but either way Mojang's not making any effort to preserve their old mcpe versions so im probably fine) i'll link some stuff once i have better internet
